Helping Little Girls Rock

We are really excited to be part of the upcoming Omaha Girls Rock Benefit! Omaha Girls Rock is the area’s first rock camp for girls ages 8-18 and will take place this July. If you know a young lady who might be interested in participating in the camp, please send her to omahagirlsrock.org!

The Good Life, Honeybee & Hers, Fortnight (A Benefit for Omaha Girls Rock)

The Slowdown

$12

All ages

Show begins at 8 p.m., doors open at 7 p.m. There is a chance this show will sell out so we are encouraging our pals to buy their tickets online now! We are also excited that those of us who are teachers will have a day of meetings on May 2 so we can stay up a bit later and have a little more fun 🙂

In other Fortnight news, we are super duper excited to welcome Kyle Petersen to the band on bass. Kyle has played bass and guitar in several local bands including Eustace, Beep Beep, and Broken Spindles. He is a perfect fit for us, and we have spent lots of time hanging out, as he recorded, produced and mixed our Botany Camp EP last year! We wish Matty-boy Carlson the best as he moves on to more thoroughly conquer the art world in Omaha.

See you soon! Love, Fortnight
